Carers assessments
Cervical cytology (smear tests for cervical cancer for women aged 25-65 yrs.)
Childhood immunisations
Chronic disease reviews including Asthma, CHD, COPD and Diabetes
Elderly patient assessments
HPV vaccine (for girls aged 17-18 years to reduce the risk of developing cervical cancer)
Influenza and Pneumococcal vaccines
Latent TB checks
NHS Health Check
Post-natal care (6 weeks check)
Pre-diabetes check
